Responsible Leadership-Persuasion through applied theatre techniques
The Personal Development Workshop is designed to gain insights in becoming more effective as a responsible leader in managing the challenges in an increasingly complex world. We will explore this in a dynamic session through creative and engaging ways. The participants combine decades of experience in leadership education across cultures utilizing drama and dance, including founding of the IEDC, directing The Art of Theatre Company in NL, choreography in Argentina and teaching entrepreneurship using arts methods at Babson. The session will provide alignment with the conference theme, participants will experience an innovative creative approach and process but also some academic learnings. Notably, no experience with theater or acting is expected or required.
