Prof. Patrick C. Flood
is professor of organisational behaviour at Dublin City University, and co-author of Persuasive Leadership: Lessons from the Arts (Jossey Bass-Wiley). He is an award winning researcher, consultant and teacher on organisational behaviour, leadership and change management. Patrick received his PhD from London School of Economics (LSE) and has held various appointments at RSM; London Business School: University of Maryland; Cambridge Judge Business School; Capital University of Economics, Beijing; University of Canterbury in New Zealand; and the Australian Graduate School of Management. He is an elected Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences (FAcSS). |
Fleur De Lima
Fleur is founder/owner of Performance in Business and an accomplished executive teacher, lecturer, trainer, business consultant and coach, passionate about working on corporate and theatre performances on a global scale. She has experience in both public and private sector at senior management level, is a behavioral scientist and a professional artist. Her work focuses on leadership and team development in organizations, coaching, organizational change, cross-cultural insights, and the role of communication in human behavior, how creative skills and techniques can enhance performances in any kind of business. She is a (recurring) visiting professor at e.g. Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Cambridge Judge Business School, King’s College Business School, and Fundaçāo Getulio Vargas’s Sao Paolo School of Business Administration. Fleur is alumna of the International Teachers Programme at INSEAD and, provides learning experiences / business consulting to various multinationals worldwide. She is also trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London and owns her own international theatre company, The Art of Theatre. |
